Pauline is a Chartered Insurance Underwriter (CII) and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Zambia. She also has MBA from Heriott Watt University Scotland.
She has 20 years experience in insurance covering all areas of insurance management having worked from the position of graduate trainee to the position was General Manager for Madison General Insurance Company in 2016.
